Prayers
The (Original) Nicene Creed of 325
We believe in God, the Father almighty, Maker of Heaven and earth, and of all things visible
and invisible. And in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, begotten of the Father before all
ages. Light of Light, begotten not made, of one essence with the Father by whom all things
were made, who for us men and women and for our salvation, came down from heaven,
and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man. And He was
crucified for us under Pontius Pilate and suffered, and was buried. And the third day He
rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits at the right
hand of the Father; and He shall come again with glory to guide the living and the dead;
whose Kingdom shall have no end. And in the Holy Spirit.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed by thy name,
Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
now and forever.
Amen.
The Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Prayer for Peace
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen.
The Serenity Prayer
God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.
Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is,
Not as I would have it.
Trusting that He will make all things right,
If I surrender to His will.
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
And supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.
Prayer of St. Benedict
Gracious and Holy Father,
Give us the wisdom to discover You,
The intelligence to understand You,
The diligence to seek after You,
The patience to wait for You,
Eyes to behold You,
A heart to meditate upon You,
And a life to proclaim You,
Through the power of the Spirit of Jesus, our Lord.
Amen.
St. Patrick’s Prayer
Christ be with me, Christ before me,
Christ behind me, Christ within me,
Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ to comfort and restore me.
Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,
Christ in hearts of all who think of me,
Christ in the mouth of strangers and friends.
The Knot Prayer
Dear God,
Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart, and my life.
Remove the have nots, the can nots, and the do nots that I have in my mind.
Erase the will nots, may nots, and might nots that may find a home in my heart.
Release me from the could nots, would nots, and should nots that obstruct my life.
And, most of all, Dear God, I ask that You remove from my mind, my heart, and my life all
of the “am nots” that I have allowed to hold me back, especially the thought that I am not
good enough.
Amen.
The Miracle Prayer
Dear Divine Spirit,
I come before you just as I am.
I am sorry for my faults and shortcomings.
I regret all the times when I did not act out of love for myself and others.
Help me to forgive myself.
I renounce the darkness, evil, and illness that seeks my attention.
I surround all those around me who have used or abused me with love.
I turn them over to you. They cannot hurt me anymore.
I will strive to love myself first, best, and always.
Heal me, change me, and strengthen me in body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Amen.
Family Healing Prayer
Divine Spirit,
I come before you just as I am.
Sometimes I question why things have happened to my family and me.
There are times when I look at my life and wonder what went wrong or wonder why
something went right.
My family, my community, and my country are all in need of healing and unconditional
love.
The blood of all of my ancestors is in me. I pray for all of my relatives, living and dead, going
back to the beginning of our family tree. I pray for the family of man.
Today, I stand in for the rest of my family and ask for your help in removing any
generational curses or negative karma from our family tree.
I pray that every negative action taken by any of us or against any of us is dissolved forever
with pure, unconditional love. My family may have said or done things that were in their
own interests and harmed other people.
If members of my family have harmed anyone in thoughts, words, or deeds, or if they have
failed to do what is good or right, I regret that. I cannot impose my will on them and say
that they are sorry, only that I am sorry, because I and other members of my family may
still suffer the consequences of their actions.
I sever any negative karmic connections to my family tree. I cancel out any vows, spells,
curses, contracts, vendettas, pledges, commitments, or oaths taken by anyone in my
bloodline. I resolve in my forebear’s name to surrender to you any conflicts, unlawfulness,
or immoral or illegal acts.
I sever our family connection to any deeds that were done against our fellow man, no
matter how legitimate they may have seemed at the time.
Please heal any negative effects that have been transmitted through past generations and
prevent such negative effects in future generations of my family tree.
I desire that all in my family be surrounded with unconditional love, good health, and good
lives.
Amen.
Prayer for the Healer
God, thank you for sharing with me your wonderful ministry of healing and deliverance.
Thank you for the healing I have experienced today. I realize that the sickness of evil is
more than my humanity can bear, so I ask that you please cleanse me of any sadness and
negative thinking or despair that I may have picked up during my intercession for others.
If my ministry has tempted me to anger, impatience or lust, cleanse me of those
temptations and replace them with love, joy, and peace. If any evil spirits have attached
themselves or oppressed me in any way, I command them to depart from me now and
send them straight to God, for Him to deal with as He wills.
Come Holy Spirit, renew me, fill me anew with your power, your life, and your joy.
Strengthen me where I feel weak and clothe me with your Light. God, please send your
Holy Angels to minister to me and protect me from all forms of sickness, harm, and
accidents. I thank you, God.
Amen.

Scripture
The Golden Rule
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. (Matthew 7:12)
Living Jesus’ Commandment
Jesus said, the most important Commandment is this: You shall love the Lord Your God with all
your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind, and with all your strength. You shall
love your neighbor as you love yourself. There is no Commandment greater than these. (Mark
12:29-31)
And to this we add, “Strive to love yourself first, best, and always.”
23 rd Psalm
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he
leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of
righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a
table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup
runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell
in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23:1-6)
Discernment/Testing the Spirit
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God, because many
false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you will know the Spirit of God: Every spirit
that acknowledges that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that does not
acknowledge that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not from God; and is the spirit of the
antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now already in the world. (1 John 4:1-3)
God Loved the World Immensely
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in
him will not perish but will have eternal life. (John 3:16)
Love Embraces and Resists
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous, love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act
disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of
wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts,
aways hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)
Words of Wisdom
Grace through Faith is Not Enough
Being a born-again Christian is not a ticket to post-life mansions in Heaven. We must live
the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are all members of the Church of God. We are all jointly
responsible for everyone on the planet.
God made men and women perfect in His image and gave them free will, and they made
choices that affected their karma. Let’s all use our energy in this way.
We are All Born Equal in the Eyes of God
Jesus recognized the power of women in His ministry and used them to help organize
healing. We believe in the power of women to lead the Church to truth, equality, and
mutual respect. God made us all equal from the beginning.
Gifts of the Holy Spirit
The gifts of the Holy Spirit include: words of wisdom, knowledge, faith, prophecy, healing,
working of miracles, discerning of spirits, and speaking in unlearned foreign languages and
interpreting same.
The mission of a Charismatic church is to continue exactly what Jesus did for His apostles
and 92 ordinary people at Pentecost. He anointed their heads with Holy Oil, baptizing them
in the name of the Holy Spirit. He told them to go out and heal people and drive demons
out of people. Through His healing ministry, Jesus continued this practice. This gift has
been handed down to us over the ages.
We All Go to Heaven (Eventually)
We all absolutely go to Heaven once we clean up our karma. When we die, we go before
God and are shown a movie of our life. We are told to judge ourselves based on our actions
in it. Thumbs up if those actions helped you or others; thumbs down if they hurt you or
others or did not offer help when they had the ability to do so. Then, we reincarnate with
those that we hurt so we can learn how to make amends. We see a scheduling angel and
arrange, through reincarnation, to reappear in the lives of those afflicted. In other words,
we have to reincarnate with them and are scheduled to meet them again in a future life to
resolve any negative karma.
Life After Death
We believe in life after death and the immorality of the soul. We believe that Reincarnation
leads to Resurrection and the return to wholeness with God.
